Refund policy

Language Learners sells digital PDF ebooks for English learning. There is no physical product to return.

Instant delivery. After purchase, your PDF download link is emailed to you right away (and usually available in your order confirmation).

Refunds. If you do not receive your file within 24 hours, or the download link does not work, email us at 8732life@gmail.com and we will fix delivery or refund you.

If you have already downloaded and opened the PDF, we generally cannot offer a refund, because digital files cannot be “returned.” If something is wrong with the file itself (corrupt, blank, or not the product described), contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.

To request help or a refund, email 8732life@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the issue.
